I looked through that MESTECC site yesterday on my smart phone and could not find these things. Searched keyword Lynas and only got a handful of articles that were a few years old plus the recent committee report, but alas it was in the native language. Hitting the English button does nothing.
I touched the eparticipation button and it came up shining in English. Do research, protest, social media,,,etc.
MESTECC has big drum, make BIG thunder. Run when rain fall. Bury head when sun shine.
