Yes. it was in the committee of review final report and was to do with developing downstream industry with LAMP product as a material. The contradictions in terms of government response and committee review findings are mind boggling.. I am no conspiracy theorist but given the Mestecc minister represents the Chinese wing of her party and that faction is the best organised its hard not to conclude that Chinese influence in this process is not very strong.. Red flag for foreign investment on heightened political risk in Malaysia...
