Management donot appear to have the skills to manage a company in crisis, this would not be lost by the the financer. Hofco if profitable would be the only division. Rch assets should be firesaled . They increased the number of buildings by 60 percent last year. Ridiculous, there was never a market for the increased numbers. In fact the opposite was occurring, that is schoolboy stuff.
