    only a entity with debt can 'go bust'

    ELM cannot 'go bust'

    ELM only has assets

    the only threat for ELM is if the local govt takes the potash deposit away from them due to an inability to proceed it into development

    even then, I trust the govt would provide some reimbursement for some or all costs
