The fact that Forise is about to take up $6 Mil worth of shares...

The fact that Forise is about to take up $6 Mil worth of shares at 1.6 cents per share.
I am a loss to know why nobody has taken out the 1.2 Mil +shares that have been on offer for weeks now at the same price that they paid.
Surely it would be one of the safest bets on the market that Forise are not going to allow that price to stand once they get active.
I would take them myself if I was in a financial position to do so.
Once the drilling starts up again and reports start flowing I expect the SP to be many multiples of what it is now IMHO.
