CGB announcement with Bio Health will ensure the manufacturing of Canntaband Pharmocann products as Bio Health have TGA/GMP approvals and Medcan have ODClicenses. It may have taken a few years for Medcan to have the required TGA/GMPlicenses and CGB have fast tracked minimum 2-3 years in manufacturing productswith Bio Health manufacturing solutions  

 

Bio Health has fully equipped facility and fully-developed qualitycontrol systems in place, offering comprehensive and exclusive manufacturing tosuit CGB with Canntab and Pharmocann products with their state-of-the-artsoft gel encapsulation machines and 2-piece capsule encapsulation machines

Medcan willfacilitate: • the import and export of products under CGB’s arrangements withthird parties (including CannTab Therapeutics Ltd (CannTab)) and Pharmocann Ltd(Pharmocann)) as well as any future products that CGB may want to manufactureor distribute; • the manufacture of CGB’s products (using either its ownfacility or the facility of third parties); • The storage of and growing ofCGB’s unique genetics and seed bank; and • use of a designated area within itsfacility for a lab for genetic development for CGB, and for manufacturing ofoil extraction for CGB

 

Perhaps immissing something other than relisting….yet all the licenses, import, export, manufacturingand quality controls seems in place with latest Announcements binding agreement with Bio Health
