As ive said before.. They are missing the ODC medicinal cannabis manufacture licence. Do you not agree they need a medicinal cannabis manufacture licence before they can manufacture medicinal cannabis? I think the short term revenue they speak of is for hemp seed oil etc not medicinal cannabis products like they're alluding to.
