At one stage I held three other MM stocks. One company I emailed and got no response. A week or so later I rang them, no answer, tried two more times, same thing (totally took me by surprise). Sold out the next day. Another I emailed, no response. I rang and got told they were busy so left my number to call back. After waiting 4 days, sold out. The other my stop loss was hit and never bought back in.
I emailed Sholom early one morning and had a reply within an hour. I was impressed with his prompt reply and passionate response to the point that I felt no need to follow up with a phone call.
This simple courtesy was enough to instill faith in my investment.
It's a shame more companies don't treat minor shareholders the same way...
