100% the BioHealth deal had an effect on pushing back our re-compliance & re-listing.
That's what I said in my post you quoted lol..Except I didn't mention re-listing dates.
Worth the wait though..Only wish we had of pushed forward with the acquisition of Medcann though...The fit out could have waited.
More to the Medcann deal than meets the eye but overall I'm extremely pleased with last weeks announcement .
