From the quarterlies that were just released CGB generated more revenue in suspension than AC8 and CAN put together.
Just because a company is trading dosen't mean that it is doing well. To be honest I can't see half of the listed ASX MM companies ever turning a profit. For many it has been hype built around "oh we have this license" "we have this government connection" " we have this consultant on the BOD " etc. Those days are over, its now about turn a profit or get out.
Over the next 12 to 24 months I am of the belief that we will see many companies be acquired for their IP or licenses or simply deregister from the ASX.
CGB is generating revenue, even though it isn't currently a profit it is far more than 90% of the other ASX MM companies.
If this partnership with Biohealth is a success as management are suggesting then by the end of this year we will have generated more profit than all our competitors with maybe the exception of EXL.
