I realise this is not an ASB shipyard, though as it is in the same area and also doing Navy work, I thought it might interest ASB holders. Interesting to also read the comments.

As always, does this represent a glass half full or half empty for ASB? On the one hand if it is a competitor shipyard with poor workmanship, it may present opportunities for ASB yard to take some of the work. On the other hand, if the US Navy are having budget cuts, will this also affect contracts that ASB are hoping to get?
