just delays re: complexity of mine + financing which was well publicised. Bad publicity aint good for a stock. Plus it has the sovereign risk Indonesia area.
Ppl are dumping sovereign risk shares this week, look at OSH.
I'm sure its a buy at some point, but technically speaking it could go lower in a weak mkt. I don't think it can go lower than $1, and looked a good solid buy at $1.15.
