The sp does not reflect anything like the value of the Grieve EOR project so I was wondering whether a quick sale at a good price to Denbury is a way to lift the sp to a respectable price, maybe around 70-80c.
There would still be potential with the niobrara, Ash Creek and any other new asset acquired. Having the funds to develop all these would also re-rate each project.
