Further weakness in the US market will most likely  drag gulf down with it.  If a major funding announcement wasn't enough to move the market and reverse market sentiment the next line of announcements are unlikely to have much impact either.  Any potential upside is significantly handicapped as gulf shareholders have been accustomed to falling prices even in bull markets gulf struggles to maintain its position.  Anything above 1c is a bonus . The previous directors have driven this stock into the ground and that maggot pak isn't much better.  The new board is making good progress and trying hard but I think they are up against it.
