not much interest in this stock , but watso does his best to give forlorn holders, something to read - this is despite the fact, that hotcopper have drastically curtailed watso's ability to post. watso's hard hitting political commentary, jokes etc etc does not seem to be appreciated.
it seems that the company has just had a general meeting, which authorized the company to issue about 68m shares at 0.75c, with a free option. the agm seeks authorization to issue 125m shares at 80% of the market price (probably something to do with 5 days of previous trading) - all with a free option
some options are heading for expiry, so some of those options will be exercised.
the company has previously mentioned, that they would have an issue to shareholders - but it seems that the company is setting up a nice scheme, where "mates get the best rates" .. in all fairness, probably a good scheme
