hi ronmac, that is a pretty valid point bluebear mentioned re capital.

at some stage soon a cap raising seems necessary, and with so many shares on the register at such a small price the MC could go up significantly on the back of only a few million dollars.

i have no real knowledge of how cygnet usually go about their business. just wondering, if you or anyone else knows, is it possible that they could offer a convertible note to the company to allow them to acquire leases etc?
