Appointment of new director

FUT is pleased to announce the appointment of Harry Hill as a director.
He was formerly a Vice President of Freeport McMoRan Australia Limited where has was employed
for 18 years and has been a director of Australian companies involved in the mining sector and also
with companies operating in the fields of education, construction and clothing. He is currently
Executive Chairman of Hawk Resources Limited and Company Secretary of Goldminex Resources
Limited.
