at least now they are putting out to tender to established underground mining contractors to submit proposals for the development of the underground of the gold spec blue spec deposits. add to this something that Richard Kahn told me yesterday, is that their neighbour, Millenium mining (MOY) have excess capacity at their mill and could concievably be of assistance to NWR in their quest to finally produce.
at least now they are putting out to tender to established...
