Correct Searcher ... the SA Outback Roads Temporary Closures, Restrictions and Warnings Report has been updated the the roads SE of Moomba are now accessible by 4wd ... slowly but surely things appear to be drying out.
If I get time I will try & call SXY and/or Santos to see if they can comment further about the road conditions. Even the Moomba pub might be worth a call ...they'll probably be best source :)
