As a share holder you have the right to enquire. I was impressed that I got a response and I was grateful for it. Management could simply have ignored my request like so many other companies do. I think a company that is willing to assist where possible should be commended and not frowned upon.
If people are concerned about the direction of the company or the lack of communication to the market, do as I did, take the initiative and contact the company.
What constitutes what the company does and does not have to release to the public is obviously contained in the listing rules.
It must also be kept in mind that divulging absolutely every little bit of progress or lack thereof would be a logistical nightmare and Cleary impractical.
The company is a spec and shareholders need to keep that in mind and take it for what it is.
