SALE OF LOAN OWED BY UNITED QUEENSLAND RESOURCES PTY LIMITED (UQR) As previously advised, the Liquidators entered into an agreement on 20 March 2018 for the assignment of the debt owed by UQR to the Company (“Current Agreement”). The Liquidators advise completion of the Current Agreement occurred on 29 June 2018 and the Liquidators have received the balance of sale proceeds totalling AUD2.8 million. Further announcements will be made by the Company to keep its shareholders updated on any material developments as and when appropriate.
