All that's happening is retail shareholders are getting diluted out by institutional shareholders - droxford. If small shareholders are happy with that it's all good.
The new additions to the plant are bolt-ons and probably not too efficient. They are still left trying to treat a poor quality ore with a plant that still has some of it's original xstrata bottlenecks like the kiln and the leach vats.

Until then ATI bonds are still junk bonds and the script you hold isn't worth much.
