A user from the German Forum got this mail from Mr. Hacon
    (26.01.2012).
    He asked him some questions.
    Here is the answer:

"Thank you for your questions and please accept my apologies for my delayed response I have been travelling.

    In answer to your questions:
Fortunately we do not experience the same issues experienced in the oil shale industry who do experience significant wear issues due to the abrasive nature of the shales. In our particular case we use fresh water to wash the sand and then as the transport medium. From my near 25 years experience in the iron sand industry as long as the water to sand ration is maintained at 50:50 there will be zero wear on pipes pumps or impellors. The only areas that do require maintenance monitoring and replacement are pipe bends.
Our current concession rand environmental approvals relate to the black dotted area only. However, our contract of works (COW) enables us to process all iron sand in Indonesia once we have agreement from the local land owner. Each one of the red lines is generated from data available through the Ministry of mines in Indonesia
You are correct in that we do not have total funding in place, as a result there will be some delay to our plan but we remain confident that production will commence 2nd quarter 2013 and we are doing everything we can to bring this date forward.

Thank you for your support of our business and we remain very confident that this will be a big successful year for everyone connected with Indo Mines.

    Have a very happy 2012.

    Best regards,
    Martin "

My idea is, that the Rajawali Group will do the funding or or can provide the financing.

Rajawali is a big player in Indonesia and 150 Million is nothing for them.
They also can deliver the coal.

Wait and see the next weeks.

    I am very optimistic.
    Best regard

    Jo
