Perhaps. It is secured by the tenements which are worth more than $1 million if liquidated. I hope it's the start of something but considering their projected cash outflows I'm sure there will be some capital raising done along side this agreement (hopefully at a higher price than now).
It's good to see the AIM responding well but I'm not going to get too excited until something more substantial than a "we are up off the canvas" announcement is released.
