Pesce...not a dumb question at all...in fact it is a genius question and one that the answer in all logic must be that the person lending the money is certain of revenue coming in over the next 12 months...it would be very interesting to see exactly what the hurdles are for the provision of the first 500 k and for the next two tranches of 250 k...

The revenue can only come from two places as I see it

1 capital raising

2 securing off take agreements

Surely the securing of offtake agreements is the first hurdle and the person handing over the money must have had a good story told him by mb...I'd hate to say it...but if I was asic I'd be having a good hard look at the person buying shares on that day last week when volume was up over 10 million for the day...

Coincidence? Hmmm...isn't it that the most likely reason is usually the one that is correct...
