love to know the certain conditions which must be met - hope this private investor has set such strict guidlines to keep this board honest and to make them work hrd to keep the facility - the fact that their is some kind of performance conditions attatched is the best part of this announcements because at least mb and this so called management team at thor have the pressure on to produce results

obviously they havnet had much urgency or care for us shreholders as all the unanswered emails has proven in the past and present

sidenote- would of loved to have heard who the private investor is and perhaps his credentials ie what makes him want to invest in thor mining- ie finance background or does he have mining experience??
