The Cambay is more of a Gas play rather than oil which is at a premium in India however there will be some oil as well.
Oex made a statement a while back that the Cambay development looking forward was commercially viable with oil at $70, the whole way along the journey they have also said that gas is at a premium and the $$$$$$ can be quite large if the flow rates are there
My statement was more that the drilling rig costs will be much lower as their are many idle rigs not currently drilling sitting around with their owners now willing to negotiate on daily rates (something is better than nothing scenario)
