I'm happy to debate any point of contention.

In fact as an incentive, if anyone can convince me why this project is so viable, I will sell my large holding in SXY and deploy those funds in here, which will add significant buying support.

All you have to do is convince me that this project would work or that GMC is undervalued.

Happy to see NPV on the project (with the actual power cost), or even hear about an Enterprise value to reserve based valuation or even comparable trading/acquisition multiples applied to prospective earnings.

So far, the only valuation point I have on this is that Tanah Capital pulled out of an agreement to buy GMC at an effective price of $0.009.

Given they would have access to a data room with more information than us, that forms my upper bound - which surprisingly GMC seems to be converging to.

Happy to hear other views that have some backing as to why both Tanah Capital (GMC's significant shareholder) and I are obviously missing something here?
