    Here was my warning about the structure that XPE implemented - it was trading at $0.03 at the time.

    Had very similar backlash from emotionally attached investors and now XPE is $0.005. (85% drop in a year).

    I strongly suggest GMC holders take the time to actually understand how the CPA with Acuity works as it is very material to GMC
