we have made numerous requests to Chameleon and various regulatory
agencies for more detailed disclosure of Chameleon's litigation funding
arrangements as we believe those arrangements are very material given
Chameleon's financial position. The only information we have been able
to establish is that the funder is Paul Lindholm.

Two tranches of security for costs have been provided. The third is
currently being negotiated.
