How far off till LPI goes into 15kt production? And have they secured any funding yet?

Seems like theres still alot pending for approval re CEOL, EIA, and cap/quotas increases or even decreases. Even if approved, Cap increases are still an unkown. Still quite a bit of risk/too many unkowns for someone to acquire at this point in time imo. The caps/quotas really throw a spanner in the works.

Might observe from the sidelines until the picture becomes clearer.
