Agree, Perth/WA market was a bubble and crashed due to resource boom cycle event.
Do you think resources are stuffed forever ?
If so, then I suggest that opinion as "in denial".
Also, Perth and WA is not conducive to the whole Australian real estate market.
Clearly shown by the way it's crashed and Syd/Melb have continued with better data.
Not denying a softening but a massive breakdown is not on the cards for Australia in general IMO.
So many markets within markets etc…et all.
