Well played AJ and it could go lower. However, in the fog of war the only safe foxhole is a fundamental one and that is why I spend much more energy researching the fundamentals. The shells are landing all around at the moment so it is safer to keep your head down for a while. Personally, when somebody is shooting at me I like to shoot back........ metaphorically speaking in this case. That relies on me having the ammunition of course. I was prepared with plenty of re-supply in preparation for the attack.

Regarding the Open Interest............. a decline in both price and OI indicates liquidation by discouraged traders with long positions. As long as this trend continues, it is a bearish sign. Once OI stabilizes at a lower level, the liquidation is over and the prices are then in a position to rally again.
