    Thought i'd get in first here with some positive vibe.

    Technically: bullish declining wedge pattern, seeing support at 37-38c. MACD remains bearish, although a bullish cross is likely on the next green day and will be the key to the next fast-paced bull run. RSI resistance at approx 42.

    Fundamentally: Quarterly activities report due next week. World market indices improving, Chinese steel price 14 consecutive weeks of green, OPR Infrastructure news due with MMX in trading halt. OPES settlement news due within days.

    Short term target 55c.
