Abt 45 pct of the register changed hands on first discovery ....... nice way to crystallise the tax loss espesh if u replaced at 0.4 with a free half opt.
That's been done, then placement at 0.7 to keep it debt free.
Sounds to me the boys are trying to resurrect themselves and the company.
Give them a chance to show us what they can do.
