Sure Whisky ... maybe AKK was premature in their $Billion Dollar assessment of themselves based upon their properties and their skills. They've raised a hell of a lot of cash over the last few years and yet remain (or have become) a "penny dreadful". Is that because of their (marginal) properties, their (marginal) management skills or can we just write it down to bad luck that they caught out by the macro oil market.
What a few here are failing to realise is, even with "the planets lining up" the value creation does not seem to be in line with the capital required to be risked to achieve it. JMO.
Of course nobody forces you to buy these stocks. Some folks need some interpretation of what is being presented in the announcements (as
@bubsmark admitted). That's where forums can be a useful. It's not about be "right" or "wrong , a "promoter" or "detractor". Its about is the company information believeable, actionable and can the results be achieved and create value.
