Yes BAPE will be required as the submission document states 2000 tonnage. It’s a clean cut decision.... it gives the public confidence that the appropriate decision has been made as it’s the law....
But if they can resubmit the documents with amended figures then well.... the law is the law. If under 2000 then the minister should revoke decision and public have no choice but to respect that decision...
