    O dear, I'm a bit behind the times but RWD still on my watchlist .... working in the industry for many years it is negligent that the operators didn't have the correct tickets for performing this work.

    If they are direct hires of RWD then the company will be liable for damages too (I'd imagine). Hopefully the insurance is up to date ? (& the worker is ok & wants to get back on the tools ?)
