Noticed recently that India was the biggest exporter of beef globally. I was like really considering their religious beliefs. Its actually buffalo they export and buffalos aren't considered as a cow in Hinduism. In fact they eat it by the bucket load. Interestingly buffalo meat is more healthy then beef. Looks like Ill be looking for buffalo mince next time I'm at the butchers. Fun fact....
