They have a MC of $10m and $1.2m cash.
TAR prior to acquisition was around the same numbers.
There aren't many good mining shells and this one has cash coming out of it's ears so dilution should be zero or minimal.
Also "other assets" should show money owed to the company if you want to be fair, which you clearly don't.
