With the completion about to take place I think you might find a news flow that will provide plenty of reasoning that will even make a $200M MC look cheap. But apart from that, although your broad statement of 20c = $200M MC is correct, maybe you don't realise that shares held in escrow aren't considered until MUCH closer to the date they are due to hit the market.

Look at those already involved with Buddy and those that look like they are going to be soon.

Look at the team working in this.

Look at the backers to Buddy.

I'm not going to get into a debate but the presentation will give you a clue if you can't find the info anywhere. You clearly don't understand the concept and how hot the space is currently or you wouldn't be consistently making a fool of yourself by showing that your knowledge on Buddy and what it does is minimal to zero.
