Are we in for a better realised price than what we think?
Grr did use platts for their pricing, if that recent article is anything to go by we could be in line for a premium of $32 - $45 fob, for dec quarter. The my steel price for pellet spot price is for Ukraine and Russia which is a lower quality! 2015 dec quarter c1 costs were high 60s. If they can get anywhere near that, margins could be closer to $50- $60. Bit of an up ramp but who knows! Personally think the price premium will be whatever shagang wants to pay!
