coal is hot right now (pardon the pun), can't pick up the paper without some news of T/O in the space, Why because supply contraints are spooking China, the world's biggest consumer and savvy buyers know prices will rise further in the foreseeable future.
Add India to that where most homes do not even have electricity yet.
