That's a rather more direct and 'emotional" attack than we are used to .. despite all the talk about fish!

I was at the EG and so was JT. Quite a poor performance! So we heard all and in fact contributed to the questioning .. and I for one was NOT impressed with the non-answers. So WE don't need to see the transcript to make an assessment of this "unsuipportable" merger and a board with an obvious agenda that is hard to reconcile with them acting in the best interests of shareholders. If there is another agenda that explains their behaviour and it is in some way related to their largest shareholder ESG .. its about time they told us.

As JT suggested perhaps you could post the transcript? You were there weren't you!?
