Any company worth it's salt would defend what it considered it's own IP to the fullest extent, NOX have shown that this wasn't the case, in my opinion they have left themselves wide open to anyone who wanted to use the old Phenoxodiol/Indroxinol if that's all NOX are relying on? There has to be more to this story than has been released so far, I reckon it involves Heaton Brown, I reckon they will either do one of two things, I believe they will either on license some old IP already belonging to KZA or they will change Indroxinol from a simple benzoporan to a super benzoporan using KZA owned technology licensed to HB?

If either of those things happened then I believe we would be in for some royalties and maybe even milestone payments for this drug from HB?
