    Gosh 13.5c ??

    After selling out at 16c, I've nibbled away and now used up all the powder I am prepared to spend (didn'tget 13.5c though !!).

    The downside issues I have previously outlined are still present but the value equation is more firmly favouring a buy (now that prices have softened) IMHO.
