If you read their quarterly report, the shipments for the 3 qtrs amounted to 5.643 m tons. You only get paid for what you ship hence how will such revenue cover costs. You will recollect that when the plant was built they were over budget and one f the reasons was they wanted to raise the capacity to 15M tons at the onset rather than later which would probably cost cost more. Unfortunately shareholders have not been advised of what the cost of producing a ton is. As as they are not shipping very much we can safely assume that the plant is running at a loss and will continue to do so until they can ship at least 10M tons annually.
