If we go by the latest quarter figures (and that's all we can go by)...as it appears that their bottleneck issues are now behind them, then the annual rate is over 9 ton of Magnetite Ore. Karara no longer bothers with the digging up and production of Hematite.
So given that the mine was developed for nameplate capacity of 10 ton (i.e. the plan was to export annually 8 ton of Mag and 2 ton of Hematite), I think that they are not far off that now. And my hunch is that the production will continue to ramp up each quarter while the expense costs will continue to edge down.

Additionally the higher production levels mean they must be making their rail quotas so we are unlikely to be purchasing someone else's Hematite to rail to the port.
