To my mind i think a proper price war is inevitable, with the new players entering market and having competitive prices it stops coles and woolies being lazy. They have to become proactive to slow Aldi's and Costco growth imo, they use to be use to sharing 80% approx of market and overcharge for their goods imo, but things have changed they need to compete these days imo.
