$6 sounds in my view a bit optimistic, but I agree that the stock appears at current undervalued. Analyst consensus is $ 4.77 and when using the Benjamin Graham formula for intrinsic value you end up with $5.68 (this is if you start with 2011 as I happened to do and believe the current predictions for 2016; if you take a shorter window it looks less rosy).
So - I guess the question is, whether the current (long-term) growth rate is likely to stay, slow down or increase - and this is deeply correlated with public budgets and the success or otherwise) of the mining industry.
